SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Domestic Shipping is provided by Canada Post
(A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email for you to track your purchase)
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when Lov Cosmetik has shipped your order. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Lov Cosmetik is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information.
If you order products that we do not have in stock, our warehouse team will notify you and refund you for that product immediately. If you wish to wait until we have our stock back let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE / RETURNS
Lov Cosmetik must be notified by email within seven (7) business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over seven (7) days will incure a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping fees apply on exchanges. Once your item has been inspected, you will be refunded for the returned items. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Return shipping fees apply on exchanges.
IMPORTANT: When mailing your returns to LOV COSMETIK please ensure you include your name, business name, e-mail address, contact number and reason for returning.
If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address (not including a building or suite number) or an oversight on the purchaser’s behalf (errors in the product(s) selected), shipping & handling fees will apply. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping fee. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow twenty-four (24) hours for re-processing.
All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged – once packaged a 25% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
No Credits, Refunds or Exchanges allowed.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
We ship all orders with Canada Post.
Distributors have the option to have their own distributor of choice pick up their order. Distributor makes the arrangements with their carrier of choice and sends us via email the paid shipping label.
How long before my order is shipped?
We make it our priority to ship all orders received within 24hrs upon receival of order. If order is received on a friday. The order will not ship out until the following monday.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time frame depends on the shipping fee chosen at check out. We offer a flat fee for regular shipping and a flat fee for Xpress Shipping.
Time frame for regular shipping is 6-12 days depending on province order is shipped to.
Time frame for Xpress shipping is 2-5 days depending on province order is shipped to.
The shipping time frame listed above is not a guaranty, bad road conditions can accure and transit errors and delays can accure as well. We are not liable for orders arriving late.
Damage, Loss & Theft?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. LovCosmetik reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service.
Please know that we do everything in our ability to make sure that your package arrives safe and on time.
All orders shipped are insured for $100. If you wish to add more insurance to your order, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-961-3042. The cost for additional insurance is $2.25 for every additional $100. We will give you the total cost for the additional insurance cost and will ask you to send us a bank transfer to the information provided at that time. Order will not be shipped until payment is received.
